Event Description
Let’s be honest, running a business isn’t always easy. There’s constant pressure, tight margins, people to support, and not always enough time in the day to step back and think about wellbeing properly.
That’s exactly why we’ve created this conference.
In partnership with Seed Wellbeing, we’re bringing businesses together for a day that’s all about real conversations, practical ideas, and simple things you can actually take away and use. This isn’t about theory or ticking a box. It’s about helping you look after yourself and your team in a way that actually works.
What to expect
A mix of expert speakers, interactive sessions and space to reflect, including:
- Honest conversations about stress, burnout and what’s really going on in workplaces
- Practical tools to manage pressure and build resilience
- Simple ways to support your team’s mental health without overcomplicating things
- Insight into how things like money worries, nutrition and workload all link back to wellbeing
- A chance to step away from the day to day and focus on you for a change
You’ll leave with ideas that feel doable, not overwhelming.
What the day looks like
We’ll kick off with a look at how well we actually manage our own wellbeing, because let’s face it, most of us put ourselves at the bottom of the list.
Throughout the day, you’ll be able to dip into sessions like:
- Breathwork and stress management tools that you can use straight away
- Building resilience and staying motivated when things feel tough
- Understanding how financial stress affects you and your team
- Mindset and leadership, especially when you’re the one holding everything together
- Nutrition and energy, because what you put in really does affect how you show up
There will also be guided sessions like meditation and light movement, giving you a chance to properly reset, not something we often make time for.
Who it’s for?
This is for business owners, managers and anyone responsible for people, but also anyone who just needs to take a step back and think about their own wellbeing.
You don’t need to have a “wellbeing strategy” or anything formal in place. If you care about your team, or you’re feeling the pressure yourself, you’ll get something from this.
