Event Description
Your most productive employees may have ADHD.
Are you actually supporting Them?
Built for neurodivergent brains.
HYYPAfocus, the reasonable adjustment that pays for itself.
A practical session for SME owners, HR and people leads across Hampshire.
What attendees will take away:
The business case: 1 in 5 employees is neurodivergent. What does that mean for your team's output, retention, and culture right now?
The legal landscape: What the Equality Act 2010 requires, what "reasonable adjustments" means in practice, and where most SMEs are unknowingly falling short
What good support actually looks like: The difference between awareness training and tools that change daily working patterns
HYYPAfocus in action: A live walkthrough: brain dump, the 3-priority filter, focus sprints, energy matching, and end-of-day reset
Live Q&A: Practical scenarios, real challenges, open conversation
This will be a practical session for businesses who want actionable tools they can implement immediately.
About the Speaker
Mark Cann is the Hampshire-based Founder of HYYPA, a productivity technology company built around the idea that the way most workplaces ask people to work is fundamentally broken for a significant portion of the workforce.
Before founding HYYPA, Mark spent years working with SME founders and business leaders across the region, consistently seeing the same pattern: talented people falling through the cracks not because of ability, but because the tools and structures around them weren't built for how their brains work.
HYYPAfocus is web-based software built on cognitive neuroscience principles, including Miller's Law, Ultradian Rhythms, and the Zeigarnik Effect.
It helps neurodivergent employees cut through overwhelm, protect deep work time, and consistently finish what matters.
Mark brings both the science, lived experience and the practical business case to this session in an accessible, no-jargon format built for SME owners and people managers
